Gasoline NFPA 704 Diamond Sign: Health 1, Flammability 3, Instability 0
Post the correct NFPA 704 rating for gasoline on fuel storage rooms, above-ground tanks, fleet fueling areas and equipment yards. Gasoline carries a 1-3-0 rating: Health 1 (slight hazard), Flammability 3 (flash point about minus 45 F, vapors ignite at any normal temperature), Instability 0 (stable). No special hazard symbol applies. Confirm the rating against your supplier's Safety Data Sheet, Section 16.
The sign uses the standard NFPA 704 diamond with blue, red and yellow quadrants and a white special hazard field. Fire crews and inspectors read it the same way on every site.
